Frequently Asked Questions & How to order information...

* To order, you may call us at (360)352-7256  during our scheduled business hours of:  Monday - Friday 10am to 5pm  Pacific time and Saturday 11am to 4pm.
 * We are closed on Sundays and on most major holidays and the week between Christmas and New Years.  Call to verify hours. (We are open 11 to 4 on some minor holidays and during extreme weather).

We are currently working on setting up our Pay Pal eCommerce to buy online...we will be adding items that have the add to cart button as soon as possible and those items will be able to be purchased online through the Pay Pal shopping Cart.  You do not have to have a Pay Pal account to use this system...You can use any Visa, Master card, Discover, or American express card on the paypal shopping cart.
We are also building a shopping cart for our Made in Washington products at: www.atasteofwashington.com

Our minimum order is $29.95 plus tax and shipping/delivery or you may pick up your order from our store.  

Custom orders are best handled by calling us... at (360) 352-7256...we do not always have time to check email as frequently per day when we get busy.

Please be prepared to give us your credit card billing information including the 3 digit AVS code and billing address, complete shipping/delivery address,  and gift card message to enclose with your gift.

We will do our best to fulfill your special requests for substitutions for dietary restrictions.     *Please give us extra time for custom gift arrangements.

For multiple orders going to different locations, it is best to fax, email or drop by the list of complete address' including phone numbers for each recipient and message.

1.) Do you deliver locally?

* Yes, We deliver by Capital Courier Service within the city limits of Olympia, Lacey and Tumwater.  The standard charge is $9.95. Mon. - Fri.
***No weekends or Day of Holidays***
* There is an additional charge of $1.50 per mile if the delivery address is to a rural area out of the city limits. ( Just because it says "Olympia", doesn't mean it is in the city limits... everything out of the city limits (Thurston County) is called Olympia for some reason and may cause confusion and additional cost!) Please verify where the gift is to be delivered. It May need to be shipped or picked up from our store or delivered to a local office/business within the city limits. 
* Also, if there is more than one gift going to the same address, the first gift is the standard $9.95 and each additional gift is $2.00 extra.

* One day notice is usually needed to prepare gift and schedule courier deliver.

2.) Do you make fruit baskets or put fresh fruit or wine in your gifts?

* No, We do not use fresh fruit in our gift arrangements...
But we have just joined with an affiliate in Hood River, Oregon that ships fresh fruit gifts directly to our clients. See the link at the footer of our web pages for a direct link to order directy from the Fruit Co. *** Or SEE Affiliate links!

3.) Do you make wine baskets or use alcoholic products in your gifts?

*Generally we do not.  We do not have a liquor licence.  Wine may be brought in for a special arrangement to be built around with notice. It must be picked up at a later date/time, but we can not sell, deliver or ship alcohol from our retail store.

4.) Can we bring in products/containers to be used/included in a custom order?

*** We are very strict on what can be brought in from outside our store.  We do allow company Logo items/brochure literature, gift card/certificates, money/check, a special greeting card, a bottle of wine ( see above requirements), boxed jewelry, pictures, a CD/DVD, and very little else without prior permission!***  We reserve the right to not use any item we are not comfortable working with...please, especially during the busy holiday & peak seasons!***

5.) How long does it take for my gift to arrive?

* We ask for 24 to 72 hours to process and make your gift order, then it depend on how far it is being shipped. (2 days in Washington/Oregon and up to 8 days for ground shipping to the East coast, not including the day of shipment, Weekends and/or Holidays). 
* So, your order should be placed 1 to 2 weeks in advance of desired date of arrival.  Once we ship, it is out of our hands, all we can do is track the confirmation number.
* Please give us at least 3 days notice for local ship/delivery, especially closer to major holidays... Calling in your order on shorter notice will give it a faster chance.

* Shipping prices vary by carrier, weight and destination...and are subject to change.
* Sorry, We do not ship outside the US.
* Pizzazz is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping information.  Redelivery charges will be applied to orders requiring reshipment due to incorrect information.
