Every Gift arrangement we ship is warranted to have to look and value represented on our site. Occasionally, we may need to substitute items of equal or greater value if they become unavailable or discontinued to fill your order.

Privacy Policy: Any information you provide will be used solely by us to process your order. Your information is stored in our private database and will not be sold or exchanged with any third party.
Shipping: Please provide complete shipping address that includes Recipient's full first and last name, Company name with suite and/or department when applicable, complete street name and number, and floor - suite - or apartment number when applicable. If a gift is to be shipped to a hospital, nursing home, hotel, college, or any similar locations, where delivery is attempted to the street address provided by the sender, on the date specified, there is no guarantee that the package will be delivered to the intended recipient or company. We assume no liability for products that may be lost within the delivery building, fails to be delivered by the employees or arrives after the recipient has vacated the premises.
Claims for credit, due to incorrect and/or incomplete address information will not be honored. Furthermore, customers will incur any additional fees charged by the carrier for address corrections.
Late Delivery: A limited guarantee is implied for expedited 2 day and overnight shipments. If the parcel carrier fails to deliver your package on the requested day, your shipping charges will be refunded. Our refund policy does not cover: Acts of God ( includes weather and/or natural disasters) , Acts of war, ground shipment arrivals are estimated 2 to 7 business days without counting day of shipment /holidays/weekends, and high season shipping volume (such as Christmas)!
Summer Shipping Policy: Intense heat can effect the quality and presentation of certain foods/chocolates. To ensure your satisfaction, shipping options are limited during the summer months. Perishable items must arrive within the week they are shipped. Expedited shipping of 2 day or overnight may be necessary and incur extra shipping charges and time requirements to satisfy product quality.
Returns: All products are covered by shipping insurance. Please report any problem or damage within 3 days of receipt. Depending on the circumstances, the gift will be replaced or we will offer a partial credit (We reserve the right to have the gift inspected by the carrier or we may ask that the item be returned before any credit or replacement is issued.) Due to the perishable nature of our gift selection, please do not return any item without prior authorization. Any unauthorized return, refusal of delivery or undeliverable package returned by shipping carrier, will incur a 20% restocking fee and will be charged in addition to any fee charged by the parcel carrier.
